Nutribén® A.E.1 DIGEST

Nutribén® A.E.1 DIGEST is a first infant formula qthat due to its balanced composition and similarity to breast milk, helps reduce constipation symptoms yas it causes softer stools in babies.
This first infant formula meets the nutritional needs of babies from newborn to 6 months.

The main differentiating element of this formula is that it contains oil that is rich in palmitic acid in beta-position of the triglyceride (45%) that reduces the formation of calcium soaps, which are the main cause of constipation in babies. It also provides the following benefits:

  • Improves absorption of fats, achieving a better use of energy. 1-2
  • Improves absorption of divalent metals such as calcium and magnesium.2
  • Softer stools.3
  • Reduces the formation of calcium soaps, thus decreasing constipation.3-4
  • Improves intestinal microbiota, making it similar to the microbiota of breastfed babies.5-6
  • PHelps reduce intestinal inflammatory processes.7

Provides dietary fibre (galacto-oligosaccharides) that:8

  • Helps stimulate growth of bifidobacteria that are found in the colon.
  • Reduces constipation due to its fibre effect.
  • Strengthens the immune system.

It contains nucleotides and long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids that improve intestinal development, reduce diarrhoea and encourage cognitive development, visual acuity and maturation of the central nervous system.9-15
