What are the benefits of thermal hydrolysis? It produces less sugar, therefore Nutribén® cereals contain low levels of sugar. By only using thermal treatment, using enzymes that produce extensive hydrolysis is not necessary. The product is easily dissolved and becomes thicker faster.
